Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join a client in Fort Worth. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite at the client's Fort Worth facility.

The Human Resources Manager leads and oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role is responsible for driving key HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & HR Operations

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop HR staff, including recruiting, onboarding, and training team members.
  • Provide timely and constructive performance feedback and evaluations.
  • Oversee departmental workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Talent Strategy & Acquisition

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR and talent strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, particularly for professional, exempt, and leadership roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify skills, competencies, and workforce needs.
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee retention and succession planning.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on complex HR matters.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, practices, and procedures in alignment with best practices.
  • Act as the primary liaison with legal counsel to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Compensation, Benefits & Development

  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends and recommend competitive programs.
  • Oversee benefits administration, leave policies, and employee compensation programs.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Support performance management processes and organizational development initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Oversee preparation and approval of HR-related documentation for regulatory compliance.
  • Protect the interests of both employees and the organization.
  • Stay informed of evolving HR trends, technologies, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related HR systems.
